The route you are taking is not easy, and that’s okay. It is never easy for anyone.. And I know where you are right now. Trust me, I have been there.

I caused myself unparalleled damage and hit rock bottom, ashamed to share entirely and truthfully with my family and friends, so I began my journey within. I started looking inside me, looking behind the curtains that were never touched. And in my process of perceiving my self-worth and self-love, I worked with healing plants and extraordinary shamans and healers.

And guess what; everything I was looking for IS within me.

Since then, it has become so clear that I wanted to share this gift and be of service. I have continued to participate in many different workshops & retreats. In 2021, I got certified from the Jay Shetty Certification School as a Life Coach, another beautiful, insightful journey to my calling in life. And not to mention our son that we have welcomed during the pandemic has helped me realizing, that whatever time you need to transition into a new role it is okay, vulnerability is an actual strength and yes sometimes it sucks having to be accountable but it is a true blessing doing so.

I started meditating almost a decade ago as means of maintenance to my well-being, and it is now an integral part of my life. It is such a beautiful and powerful tool to interact with one’s dormant self, so I started offering guided healing meditations on Insight Timer and in-person.
